Laminated glass artworks

I make strong, reinforced and laminated panels as canvases for these works. I then use a hammer shaped like a pick to create the artwork itself, working to exploit the refractions and reflections caused by the safely fractured glass in a controlled way to generate these abstract artworks. But that is not all: throughout the process I apply inks to the fine cracks and fissures making up the design, creating the works you see here.
