Hangings

My glass articulated hangings vary from the small (about 1 foot high) to the tall (about two metres). They can be hung anywhere sheltered yet bright, indoors or out, wherever they can gather and interact with the light of their surroundings. Lit at night, they glow, focusing not just the light but also the attention of onlookers. Within each there are at least three layers of artwork, building a complex, weaving sculpture.

Each is cast around a strong stainless steel cable, supplied with loops and fixings for all situations. If it’s to be hung in an open position, it will also have a tail tether, to prevent it swinging about.
