We were commissioned to design and build a garden at this new build property in Langton Green.
The developers hadn’t considered the dual slopping aspects of the site and as a result our clients were left with an unusable space.
The brief included, safe access to the separate garage, a patio area to take advantage of the south facing garden and a secluded area for reflection.
Railway sleepers were chosen for the retaining walls, as the existing built environment was predominantly brick and it was felt that the landscape needed softening.
Sleepers and Sandstone paving create the bespoke steps and landing area to access the garage. A handrail was added using stainless steel straining wires.
The third terrace included a gazebo for shelter from the August heat!
